摘要

本文对基于离散余弦变换(DCT)的JPEG、基于离散小波变换(DWT)的JPEG2000、SPIHT等传统多光谱图像压缩技术进行了比较研究,并提出了一种基于SPIHT算法的改进技术。在改进的SPIHT算法中,当前频段的当前像素值由最佳JPEG预测器在先前编码的频段上预测,然后用SPHIT算法对实际值与预测值之间的差值进行编码。实验结果表明,在OFDM通信系统中,改进后的SPIHT算法在PSNR方面比JPEG、JPEG2000和SPIHT算法有更好的性能。
