Started the motor in closed-loop mode by using inductance method and BEMF zero crossing detecting method, the motor speed range was effectively expanded. 摘要

针对页岩气钻井系统,研制了一种无刷直流(BLDC)电机无传感器控制系统。提出了基于滞回比较器和高起动转矩电感法的无传感器技术。结合钻机系统的应用,分析了无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)在低速领域的性能要求,讨论了无刷直流电动机的控制方法,开发了基于dsPIC33FJ32MC204的无刷直流电动机控制系统样机。采用电感法和BEMF过零检测法使电机以闭环方式启动,有效地扩大了电机的调速范围。实验结果表明,该控制系统能够满足低速钻孔掘进的要求,具有一定的应用价值。
