ANALYSING INFLUENCE FACTORS ON TOURIST SATISFACTION ON ECOTOURISM IN BAC LIEU BIRD SANCTUARY

This study conducted a survey of 150 tourists using questionnaire to analyze the factors affecting the tourist satisfaction on ecotourism in Bac Lieu Bird Sanctuary. Methods used in data analysis include descriptive statistics, Crobach’s Alpha test, exploratory factor analysis and linear regression analysis. Study results show that there are 6 factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists on ecotourism in Bac  Lieu Bird Sanctuary: Price of services Ecotourism resource; Technical material facilities and human resource; Infrastructure; Resources’s reserve and tramcar  system’s safety; Security safety and order.
