The results of the evaluation on the aspects: (1) context, local governments follow up with local policies, (2) inputs, the implementation of the guidelines does not have a strong force of law, (3) process, increasing the access to school for the people's, and (4) product, increasing enrollment in primary education. 摘要

本次评估的目的是了解西爪哇省库宁安县在教育方面实施千年发展目标(MDGs)的有效性。所使用的评价模型是上下文、输入、过程和产品(CIPP)。通过访谈、问卷调查和文献资料获取数据。评价结果主要体现在以下几个方面:(1)背景,地方政府对地方政策的跟进力度;(2)投入,指导方针的执行力度不强;(3)过程,增加了人民群众上学的机会;(4)产品,增加了初等教育的入学率。通过加强区域政策、监测、协调官僚结构、将千年发展目标的概念社会化,以及发展人民对教育的认识,可以提高效率。
