摘要

发展循环经济是煤炭企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。因此，如何衡量循环经济发展效果的问题就摆在了我们面前。首先确定了煤炭企业循环经济发展效果评价因子体系。从灰色系统的基本理论出发，结合煤炭企业循环经济发展特点，建立了灰色关联度对煤炭企业循环经济发展的效果评价模型。并将效果评价模型应用于实例，验证了效果评价模型的合理性和可行性。这为管理者决策发展循环经济提供了一定的参考。
