This article discussed the characteristics of medical practice teaching, deeply analyzed the problems; from the training program, laboratory teaching, teaching practice, comprehensive practical activities, awareness of innovation, strengthening the internal and external training base functions and other aspects, proposed the construction of application-oriented education curriculum, highlighting the practical capacity-building in the heart of the curriculum system.
