Psychological health education for college students is an educational course that integrates theoretical knowledge teaching, psychological experience and training, and is the main front for disseminating mental health knowledge. This research comprehensively expands the various data collection methods of the curriculum, and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the massive data of college students, comprehensively grasps the problems of college students' mental health. This can guide the development of targeted education and activities, and enhance the effectiveness of mental health education for college students. Taking the mental health education of college students as the research object, explore the ways of college students' mental health education under the background of big data, and build an \"online and offline\" mixed teaching model with the help of positive psychology. The purpose of this model is to stimulate the inner positive forces of students and improve the mental health education system for college students.
