Exploration in the Ways of Mental Health Education of College Students in the Context of Big Data

Under the background of big data, the mental health education of college students is facing new challenges and opportunities. This research comprehensively expands the various data collection methods of the curriculum, and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the massive data of college students, comprehensively grasps the problems of college students' mental health. Taking the mental health education of college students as the research object, explore the ways of college students' mental health education under the background of big data, and build an "online and offline" mixed teaching model with the help of positive psychology.
