The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of class managementis carried out by teachers in the classroom in terms of improving the learning process at SDIT Ummi Aida Medan, Medan Tembung District. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques (observation), and supported by interview observation techniques, and document study. The type of data used in this study is primary data by means of researchers making direct observations. Furthermore, all data are processed by qualitative data analysis stages, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. 摘要

在改善学习过程问题的背景下,可以做的是开展课堂管理。本研究的目的是为了了解在棉兰坦邦区,棉兰校区的教师如何在课堂上实施班级管理,以改善学习过程。本研究采用定性方法与描述性研究类型。本研究的数据收集技术采用观察法(观察法),并辅以访谈观察法和文献研究法。本研究中使用的数据类型是研究人员通过直接观察获得的原始数据。此外,所有数据都经过定性数据分析阶段,即减少数据、呈现数据和得出结论。本研究主要有四项发现:1)班级规划管理,包括:教师编制教学日历、教学大纲和论文、编制教学大纲、制定教案(RPP)。2)班级管理的实施包括:营造舒适、安全、有益的课堂氛围,使教师能够最大限度地减少教与学过程中的障碍,接近造成学习障碍的学生,引导和激励学生热情地开始学习,座位安排,学习方法的使用,与学习材料相适应的学习媒介。教育工作者的自我评价,以确定在执行任务的满意度作为班级梦想家,学生的学习成果的评价。
