The model can not only detect the fault sources according to the fault results, but also detect the result affirmative faults and the potential hidden faults as a result of some fault sources. The affirmative faults and the potential hidden faults are distinguished by setting two threshold values. Then the technicians can take some measures to repair the potential hidden faults.
