Through descriptive and factor analysis, paired t-test and independent t-test, our findings indicated that most college students experience a moderate level of English listening anxiety. Also, it is shown that major affects listening anxiety levels between language majors and non-language majors due to listeners’ familiarity with the English language and knowledge.
