Methods: An electronic literature search has been conducted using data bases like CINAHL, Pubmed, and Ovid nursing to find the relevant articles according to specific inclusion criteria; the search process yielded finally twelve articles. Results: This paper found moderate to strong evidence for using aerobic exercise to manage post bone marrow transplant fatigue.
