In this paper, we propose a rural forward and reverse logistics network mode of e-commerce platform and a multiobjective mixed-integer linear programming model for logistics network design. To solve the NP-hard problem of the model, the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) has been used. 摘要

如今,我们都熟悉电子商务的发展速度,但我们不得不承认,农村物流业仍处于起步阶段。农村物流网络的缺失在一定程度上制约了农村的发展,这一研究领域成为一个热点。然而,现有的正向和逆向物流网络设计论文大多主要关注总成本的最小化,而忽略了时间敏感性。本文提出了一种电子商务平台农村正向和逆向物流网络模型,并提出了物流网络设计的多目标混合整数线性规划模型。为了解决模型的NP-hard问题,采用了非支配排序遗传算法II (NSGA-II)。最后,以北京市平谷区为例,将该模型应用于正向和逆向农村物流网络的设计,结果表明该模型对于构建良性农村物流网络是有效的。
