The vacuum-sealed micro-focus X-ray tube with CNT field emitters
We have successfully operated the vacuum-sealed pentode X-ray tube with carbon nanotube (CNT) field emitters. Each component of the X-ray tube was sealed by a two-step brazing process in a vacuum furnace.
