PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Palembang Sudirman Area的迷你ATM机监控维护目前使用的是在Microsoft Excel中记录的迷你ATM机移交记录,这可能是迷你ATM机维护监控进行得不顺利的原因,例如在工作人员难以监控迷你ATM机维修进度的情况下,那么从代理的角度来看,投诉不能总是得到快速响应。因此,维修迷你ATM机的SLA没有得到满足。基于这些,笔者想用瀑布法构建一个基于web的应用程序,从数据收集开始,通过观察和访谈,分析系统需求,设计,编码,测试,支持,希望这个监控应用程序能够让与维护过程相关的各方在监控客户投诉的过程中得到方便,实现Mini ATM机维护SLA
