TVET program is a good initiative to promote high-skilled workers. In order to achieve this aim, the trainer or TVET teachers need to be equipped with skill and knowledge on specific field. Thus, this paper investigates the TVET teachers' competency or standards need to be complied as a requirement to teach. 104 respondents, including 3 experts in TVET trainer's profile were selected for this study.
