The research subjects were the teachers of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Medan City with a total sample of 182 people taken by means of stratified proportional random sampling, the data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results of the analysis of the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure obtained (1) visionary leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance by 5.2% (2) learning innovation behavior has a positive effect on teacher performance by 3.1%. 摘要

本研究的目的是找出并分析:(1)前瞻性领导对教师绩效的影响;(2)学习创新对教师绩效的影响。研究对象为棉兰市一所伊斯兰学校的教师,采用分层比例随机抽样的方法,共抽取182人,将各研究变量的相关系数以矩阵的形式计算后,采用通径分析法对数据进行分析。各子结构中外生变量对内生变量的影响分析结果得到:(1)有远见的领导对教师绩效有5.2%的正向影响;(2)学习创新行为对教师绩效有3.1%的正向影响。研究结果表明:(1)有远见的领导对教师绩效的直接正向影响为5.2%,(2)学习创新对教师绩效的直接正向影响为3.1%
