Firstly, the assessed region is carved up into series of two dimensional square grids in equal Stride length mesh based on grid partition method. Secondly, making use of the information diffusion method, the probabilities of fire and explosion in park are calculated based on the statistic data of Dalian city. At the same times, the severity degrees of the results of accidents are analyzed based on the model of Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion (BLEVE), and then the injury ranges of the death, the severe injured and the mild injury have been transformed into the probability of individual death. Thirdly, the individual safety risk values in center of the grids are calculated according to the superposition principle of risks, and the social safety risks are assessed founded on the Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function (CCDF). 摘要

在分析国内外区域安全风险评价研究现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了一种多危险源城市化工园区区域安全风险评价方法。首先,基于网格划分方法,将评估区域划分为一系列等步长网格的二维正方形网格;其次,利用信息扩散法,根据大连市的统计数据,计算了公园火灾和爆炸的概率;同时,基于沸腾液体膨胀蒸汽爆炸(BLEVE)模型对事故结果的严重程度进行了分析,并将死亡、重伤和轻伤的伤害范围转化为个体死亡概率。第三,根据风险叠加原理计算网格中心的个体安全风险值,并基于互补累积分布函数(CCDF)对社会安全风险进行评估。最后根据插值函数绘制了个体安全风险和社会安全风险的分布图,并给出了实践模型。
