摘要

在冬春交替之际,新冠肺炎大流行的爆发引发了一些思考。本文从以下14个方面进行了思考:(1)医护人员的表现用他们的血汗和生命诠释了当代医学精神,值得称赞;(2)社会层面有效的综合治理是现代社会运行和健康有效运行的关键;(3)提高突发传染病防治效果的关键在于跨学科协作和明确的结果导向目标;(4)加大对医学发展的支持力度,落实医学发展的制度保障;(5)医学教育改革应着眼于体制结构和实施机制的重塑,明确顶层模式的设计;(6)现代医学应坚持以循证医学为坚实基础的理念;(7)在强调科学原始创新的同时,还要重视创新思维模式的培养;(8)医学研究应加强基础科学研究,重视研究成果的转化;(九)学术研究与疫情防控是一体的,相互支持、相互作用、相辅相成;(10)改革医学院校人才培养体制机制势在必行;(11)医学院校的设置和医学专业的设计应在国家层面协调实施;(十二)建立涵盖基础医学教育、研究生医学教育和持续专业发展的医学教育认证制度;(13)科学设计医生资格认定制度,从而解决临床研究生的培养和运行以及研究生的研究生考试问题;(14)加强公共卫生科学教育势在必行。关键词:COVID-19;医学教育管理;顶层设计;社会综合治理;医学教育改革
