In terms of resistant to various chemical, the life of concrete is generally affected by the hardening method, finish etc. and the materials proportion. The concrete deteriorates chemically in acidic environment. Concrete structures can be exposed to academic environment in a variety of environments including acid spills, acid rain, drainage systems, chemical plants, hot springs and industry wastewater.
