Further the principles are analyzed, also as the practical experiments and the baleful consequences of an obtuse and profound limitative law which restricts the progress and the university initiative. 摘要:构建一个与统一而又有实绩的欧共体大学结构相适应的评分体系是一个很好的时代分析、竞争和批判的主题。这一理念不仅要被抛弃,还必须通过个人的主动行动和系统的应用来重现。目前的工作恢复了ECTS(欧洲学分转换系统)评分原则,条件是这些原则在罗马尼亚成为法律的主题。在此基础上,分析了高校教育改革的基本原理,并对其作为一种迟钝而深刻的限制规律的实践实验和不良后果进行了分析。分析的方式是比较的,强调近而持久的时间后果。
