摘要

研究功率晶体管射频放大器带外校正元件实现的两种变体(借助基本物理可实现的无源电路和借助有源滤波器)的带外校正互调失真的效率。结果表明,通过无源电路进行校正,可以得到IMD/sub /降低的分数,最高可达10…13 dB,而通过有源滤波器的校正允许获得评分高达25 dB。
