摘要

本研究的目的是找出和分析顾客知觉形象和顾客体验对望加锡星级酒店顾客价值、信任和行为意愿的影响。本研究采用定量方法。这种类型的研究是调查。人口是所有的顾客在望加锡的星级酒店已经经营了至少3年(2013年至2015年)。本研究采用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样,采用横截面法和最大似然估计(ML)对170名受访者进行抽样。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对数据进行分析。结果分析表明,感知形象和顾客体验对望加锡星级酒店的顾客价值、信任和行为意愿具有正向影响和显著性。
