摘要

随着信息技术和高科技企业的发展,对电力的要求已经从数量转向了质量。电能质量问题对电力公司来说变得越来越重要。从电源的角度来看,现有的电能质量标准是通过电流和电压的稳定或暂态状态来描述的。在实际应用中,电能质量的评价取决于用户的敏感度和实际经验。本文提出将电能体验作为现有电能质量标准和用户相关信息的综合评判标准。从客户体验的角度,提出体验电能质量的概念、特征和标准。并以深圳供电公司为例,说明经验电能质量评价在实际工作中更为可行。
