This study throws light on the differences in Satisfaction and Preference level among consumers, based on their Occupation and Income. Also the study highlights on the relationship between Satisfaction and Preference of consumers towards Refrigerator. Using a structured questionnaire data were collected from 100 respondents belonging to Tiruchirappalli city through convenience sampling. To analyze the relationship between the selected variables statistical tools like one-way ANOVA ‘f’ test and Correlation analysis were performed on the data using SPSS 22. 摘要
本研究探讨消费者对冰箱的满意度与偏好。本研究揭示了不同职业和收入的消费者在满意度和偏好水平上的差异。此外,本研究还着重探讨了消费者对冰箱的满意度与偏好之间的关系。采用结构化问卷法,采用方便抽样法对蒂鲁奇拉帕利市100名调查对象进行数据收集。为了分析所选变量之间的关系,使用SPSS 22对数据进行单向方差分析' f '检验和相关分析等统计工具。通过分析发现,消费者对冰箱的偏好与满意度之间存在相关性。
