Job burnout has a positive effect on service sabotage. Emotional intelligence has a moderating effect, and job burnout has a mediating effect. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨:1)监督虐待行为、工作倦怠与服务破坏之间的关系;2)工作倦怠与服务破坏的关系;3)情绪智力的调节作用和工作倦怠的中介作用。研究设计、资料、方法:以首尔市会议产业业者为对象,进行线上问卷调查,使用208份有效样本进行分析。采用简单、多元、层次回归分析进行实证分析。结果:监督虐待行为对工作倦怠和服务破坏有正向影响。工作倦怠对服务破坏有正向影响。情商具有调节作用,工作倦怠具有中介作用。结论:这些研究结果为传统行业的人力资源管理和组织管理提供了新的方向,强调了滥用监管行为、工作倦怠、服务破坏和情绪智力的重要性。
