The article traces the trends in the development of interdisciplinarity in the humanities on the example of the course \"Educology\". Considerable attention is paid by the authors to the effectiveness of the interdisciplinary approach in the training of higher education students of the educational program \"Management of educational institutions\" based on the experience of teaching the course \"Educology\" as an interdisciplinary subject. 摘要

本文致力于探讨跨学科方法作为一种科学之间相互作用的方式的一般特征,以及教育过程中跨学科联系发展的主要因素。作者强调了这样一个事实,即跨学科性并不是一门特定科学或特定科学领域所特有的现象,它适用于所有知识领域。本文以“教育学”课程为例,探讨了人文学科跨学科发展的趋势。笔者结合“教育学”这门跨学科课程的教学经验,着重探讨了跨学科教学方法在“教育机构管理”专业高等教育学生培养中的有效性。实践证明,在教育领域未来管理人员的专业培训过程中,跨学科的方法可以扩展他们的科学世界观,提高方法论文化水平,促进对教育领域当前问题的认识,并寻求解决方案和实际生活情况。
