Although optimization problem of EE is non-convex and multi-objective with multi-constraint fractional problem, we reformulate it as multi-objective with multi-constraint non-fractional problem equivalently. Furthermore, we formulate distributed iterative EE Optimization algorithm (DIEEOA) in multi-user cognitive MIMO IC to obtain the Nash Equilibrium.
