The aim of the submitted paper is to perform a basic analysis of the thermal field distribution during various operational modes of a small turbojet engine. As the object for thermal field investigation, a small turbojet engine iSTC-21v, installed in a laboratory, was used. The thermal field has been captured by a thermographic camera. The article presents an analysis of temperature distribution in various nodes of the small turbojet engine, defining critical parts of the engine during its operation, which can be further analyzed for diagnostic purposes.
