摘要

本研究旨在找出导致天满宫文化观光局艺术团体登记人员绩效达不到目标的因素,并制定改善艺术团体登记人员绩效的措施。本研究方法为描述性定性研究。从访谈、文献和观察中获得的研究数据。造成书记官长业绩未能达到指标的因素是人力资源非常有限、设施和基础设施不足。为提高绩效所作的努力包括增加现有人力资源、改善设施和基础设施、提供公共服务培训、为登记申请人提供外联服务、在登记服务方面进行创新,即通过制作数字表格。
