To diagnose follicular thyroid cancer, multiparametric ultrasound examination was performed in B-mode, color Doppler mapping mode, sonoelastography and in contrast enhancement mode. Based on the results, indications for fine needle aspiration puncture biopsy were determined and further management tactics for the patient with follicular thyroid cancer were determined.
