The design of this study was used quasy experiment research using one group pre test and post test design and the subject used was purposive sampling on 35 employees by anthropometric measurement, body compotision and food recall 2x24 hours. Interventions provided are nutritional counselling through meetings once per month and social media by whatsapp apps 3-5 times per week and stretching exercises program 10 times per week for 14 weeks. The result showed that there were significantly decreased in weight (1.6 kg), Body Mass Index (BMI) of 0.7 kg/m 2 and Body Fat Percentage (BFP) of 0.8% with p-value<0.05. The increase nutrient intake (energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate) but only protein intake was significant effect (p<0.05) of intervention. 摘要
本研究的目的是分析营养咨询和伸展运动项目对雅加达Indofood Sukses Makmur公司营养摄入和营养状况的影响。本研究设计采用一组前测后测设计的准实验研究,被试采用目的抽样法对35名员工进行2x24小时的人体测量、身体成分和食物召回。提供的干预措施包括每月一次的营养咨询会议,每周3-5次的whatsapp应用程序社交媒体和每周10次的伸展运动计划,持续14周。结果表明:体重(1.6 kg)显著下降,体质量指数(BMI)为0.7 kg/ m2,体脂率(BFP)为0.8%,p值<0.05。增加营养物质(能量、蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物)的摄取量,但仅增加蛋白质摄取量有显著影响(p<0.05)。这意味着营养咨询和伸展运动项目的结合对维持营养状态是有效的。
