Both parents need to be considered and endeavored by the institution as one of the efforts that greatly affect the success of students who will become responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and character-educated leaders in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach of case study type with data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. 摘要

本研究探讨阿拉斯巴丹省伊哈乌尔伊斯兰大学通过学习管理加强学生品格教育。学习管理通过计划、组织、执行、控制等基本功能运用到学生身上,使学生受到品格教育,必将有利于民族和国家的进步,也有利于学校理想的实现。学校需要考虑和努力这两方面的家长,因为这对学生的成功有很大的影响,这些学生将来会成为负责任的、值得信赖的、有纪律的、有品格教育的领导者。本研究采用个案研究的定性方法,并透过参与观察、深度访谈及文献资料等方式收集资料。通过学习管理加强阿拉斯加州伊哈乌尔伊斯兰大学品格教育的研究结果,运用了学习管理的基本功能,对阿玛鲁夫、nahi mungkar、hablun min Allah和hablun min annas学生的品格教育进行策划、组织、实施和控制。
