The purpose of the given research is to introduce theoretical substantiation and experimental approbation of students’ critical thinking development in the context of information security. The skills of critical thinking help students to cope with the bulk of information they daily receive. However, there is still no conventional methodology for critical thinking development in university students. In our study we suggest possible ways to develop critical thinking in university students via introducing some special courses into the curriculum, and consider the results of the experimental study conducted on the basis of two Ukrainian leading universities. In order to improve the students’ skills of critical thinking the author suggested implementing the special course “The specifics of students’ critical thinking in the context of information security”, and an optional distance course on optimization of students’ critical thinking on the background of information and communication technologies. 摘要

在信息安全背景下,学生批判性思维发展的问题在国际和国家教育政策中变得重要,作为培养积极公民意识和可持续发展的一种手段。本研究的目的是介绍资讯安全背景下学生批判性思维发展的理论依据和实验认可。批判性思维的技能帮助学生处理他们每天收到的大量信息。然而,对于大学生批判性思维的发展,仍然没有传统的方法。在我们的研究中,我们提出了通过在课程中引入一些特殊课程来培养大学生批判性思维的可能方法,并考虑了以乌克兰两所顶尖大学为基础进行的实验研究的结果。为了提高学生的批判性思维能力,笔者建议开设“信息安全背景下学生批判性思维的具体情况”专题课程和“信息通信技术背景下学生批判性思维优化”远程选修课程。建议课程实施后,学生批判性思维发展的指标出现了积极的变化,证明了专题课程的有效性,也证明了研究的一般假设。
