At this stage, China has established the ChinaDRM ecosystem and has issued a number of industry standards to provide solutions for companies to develop digital rights management systems. This paper will propose the division and decryption methods of the bitstream and this encrypted bitstream defined in the standard \"Technical specification of digital rights management for video audio content distribution\" (GY/T 277-2019).
