Cuka bambu diyakini dapat menjadi bahan organik yang mampu menginduksi ketahanan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dosis terbaik dari cuka bambu sebagai bahan penginduksi ketahanan tanaman jagung terhadap penyakit bulai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2020 di Laboratorium dan Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tidar. Percobaan disusun dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 11 perlakuan yaitu K-, K+, P6, P4, P2, A6, A4, A2, J6, J4 dan J2 dengan pengulangan sebanyak 8 kali.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman namun tidak pada jumlah daun. Perlakuan J2 memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman.. Tanaman jagung yang diberi perlakuan benih J2 tumbuh dengan tinggi rata-rata 78,18 cm dan memiliki ketahanan terhadap penyakit bulai paling tinggi. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with 11 treatments, K-, K +, P6, P4, P2, A6, A4, A2, J6, J4 and J2 with 8 repetitions. The results showed that the dose treatment had a significant effect on plant height but not on the number of leaves. The J2 treatment had a significant effect on plant height. Corn plants treated with J2 seed grew with an average height of 78.18 cm and had the highest resistance to downy mildew.
