The multi-agent system is constructed with a main agent and several section agents. Loop communication links are used to improve the reliability of the communication system. The main agent evaluates the feeder voltage states and gives proper instructions to section agents. Objectives of the whole feeder are decomposed to all section agents in this feeder and are realized by distributed voltage control.
