In this paper, the concept of product PLM and MES are applied to the practical teaching activities of engineering training. Taking the project as the carrier, the workflow based on Windchill platform as the drive, and the students as the main body, a set of reforms are established in engineering training. First, it was implemented product data management platform to manage the whole engineering data during education process. Second, an equipment management system and warehouse management software are established, which not only enables students to combine knowledge with practical application, but also improves the efficiency level of information management. Meanwhile, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system commonly used in enterprises are deeply integrated with engineering training and teaching activities. 摘要

智能制造技术在现代企业中得到了广泛的应用,对高校毕业生的工程能力提出了更高的要求。工程实训是高校培养学生工程能力的重要实践。本文将产品PLM和MES的概念应用到工程实训教学活动中。以项目为载体,以基于Windchill平台的工作流程为动力,以学生为主体,在工程培训中建立了一套改革。首先,实现了产品数据管理平台,对教育过程中的整个工程数据进行管理。其次,建立了设备管理系统和仓库管理软件,不仅使学生的知识与实际应用相结合,而且提高了信息化管理的效率水平。同时,企业常用的环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系与工程培训教学活动深度融合。建立环境与安全网络监测平台,使学生不仅可以随时了解环境状况,还可以识别危险源和风险防控方法,从而增强学生的主观能动性和工程能力。
