The objective of this study is to validate the accuracy of point cloud measurement and traditional as built data. Terrestrial laser scanner was used to record all interior and exterior spatial and geometry data of a building. A rendered 3D model of the scanned data was developed to provide semantic information of the building. The result shows that geometrical measurement of an as built model from point cloud data has good accuracy. 摘要

建筑测量是一种测量技术,在测量平面图中观察并呈现位置和几何属性。基于地理信息学科的三维重建在提高已建建筑的测量精度方面具有优势。与传统的建筑测量相比,现代建筑重建具有更少的局限性。本研究的目的是验证点云测量和传统的内置数据的准确性。利用地面激光扫描仪记录建筑物的内外空间和几何数据。开发了扫描数据的渲染3D模型,以提供建筑物的语义信息。结果表明,利用点云数据对已建模型进行几何测量具有较好的精度。综上所述,点云数据适用于竣工重建,改善了竣工测量实践。
