The Implementation of Project Financing in Housing Construction in the Conditions of the North

Одним из основных направлений строительной отрасли является жилищное строительство. Жилищное строительство имеет приоритетное значение в развитии экономики Российской Федерации и является драйвером инноваций, инвестиций и потребительского спроса. Оно вносит значительный вклад в развитие экономики Российской Федерации и имеет приоритетное социальное значение. В статье дается сравнение механизмов финансирования жилищного строительства, рассмотрена схема взаимодействия участников строительства, описан процесс получения проектного финансирования в банке. Анализируется влияние различных факторов на пополнение счетов эскроу в Дальневосточном федеральном округе, в частности в Республике Саха (Якутия). Проведен анализ факторов, влияющих на реализацию проектного финансирования. Исследование и разработка механизмов проектного финансирования жилищного строительства в региональном разрезе Севера призваны улучшить условия жизни в Дальневосточном федеральном округе и сократить отток населения. Таким образом, исследование, внедрение и реализация таких механизмов проектного финансирования жилищного строительства в региональном разрезе Якутии нуждаются в срочной актуализации. The article discusses the comparison of housing finance mechanisms. The scheme of interaction of construction participants is considered. The process of obtaining project financing from the bank is described. The influence of various factors on the replenishment of escrow accounts in the Far Eastern Federal District, in particular in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), is analyzed. The analysis of the factors influencing the implementation of project financing is carried out. Research and development of mechanisms for project financing of housing construction in the regional context of the North are designed to improve living conditions in the Far Eastern Federal District and reduce the outflow of the population. Thus, the study, implementation and implementation of such mechanisms for project financing of housing construction in the regional context of Yakutia need urgent updating.
