By means of the Ishikawa diagram the basic groups of factors that affect the quality of learning a foreign language specifically in distance learning mode are figured out. After that the factors that cannot be affected directly by a teacher are excluded from consideration. The remaining factors are carefully considered in order to find which one of them is the best in terms of neutralizing the stated problem. A number of modern methods of teaching foreign languages is analyzed; as the result, a range of indicative tasks for qualitative control of learning a foreign language is proposed, with basic features of distance learning taken into account. 摘要

本文探讨了提高外语学习质量的问题,即如何消除远程教学模式下外语教学中出现的问题。通过石川图,找出了影响远程学习模式下外语学习质量的基本因素群。之后,不能直接受到教师影响的因素被排除在考虑之外。其余的因素都要仔细考虑,以便找出其中哪一个在解决所述问题方面是最好的。分析了现代外语教学的几种方法;因此,考虑到远程学习的基本特征,本文提出了一系列关于外语学习质量控制的指示性任务。最后指出,本文提出的任务可以被大学教师用来提高远程学习模式下外语学习的质量控制。
