摘要

本研究的目的是:(1)分析印尼汽车行业中小微企业(MSMEs)合作伙伴关系的发展和贡献;(2)分析印尼汽车行业中小微企业的合作模式和合作原则;(3)分析印尼中央和地方政府对汽车产业合作的支持;(4)探索中小微企业在国家工业园区的安置;(5)制定发展和扩大印尼汽车行业中小微企业合作伙伴关系的战略。使用的方法是描述性探索性和SWOT分析。研究结果:(1)归纳统计得出印度尼西亚2轮和4轮2轮汽车中小企业1474家,2轮的有659家,4轮的有815家,其中西爪哇占66%,万丹占14%,东爪哇占9%,DKI雅加达占5%,中爪哇占4%,廖内群岛占1%,其他省份低于1%;(2)中小微企业与大型汽车企业汽车伙伴关系合作的协议/合同/供应链形式的伙伴关系模式和原则;(3)政府出台扶持条例,建立中小微企业专项村中心、“三通一联”合作伙伴关系、人民商业信贷计划,在疫情期间向中小微企业提供直接现金资金;(4)中小微企业尚未被安置在2007年第40号法律和2015年第142号政府法规规定的工业区;(5)中小微企业的地位和战略是一种积极的维护战略和选择性维护战略。
