Therefore, efforts are needed to develop the teacher's performance potential as a human resource that enables an increase in professionalism, because the teacher is an educator who is central to the implementation of educational activities and interacts directly with students in the process of teaching and learning activities, to realize and determine student’s quality and character. 摘要
