In current untrustworthy over-the-top (OTT) environments, the proposed framework utilizes segment-hashing to collect and offer video audience measurement to third party organizations while ensuring the protection of consumers' privacy. The system generates hash values for video streaming segments, establishes a video information database, and manages the generated hash data to retrieve users' video consumption patterns.
