Through the analysis of data, the temperature characteristic of ring type dynamometer has been obtained, and it owns good linearity. 摘要

为了解决环形测功机中使用的FBG传感器测量精度容易受到温度波动等因素影响的问题,需要一种环形测功机的温度补偿方法。提出了一种利用光纤光栅波长复用技术同时测量温度和应变的方法。本文研究了光纤光栅传感器和环形弹性体的温度特性。并进行了温度标定实验,得到了光纤光栅传感器和环形弹性体的温度特性函数。通过数据分析,得到了环形测功机的温度特性,具有良好的线性关系。利用环式测力仪的温度特性,可以补偿温度波动对测量精度的影响,提高环式测力仪的切削力测量精度。
