Firstly, the evaluating index system was established by analyzing the characteristic of the BDAR and the factors which affect the efficiency evaluation of the BDAR. Secondly, an evaluation model of the efficiency of the BDAR was built based on the set pair analysis and entropy weight, and its weight of evaluation indexes was gained by calculating the entropy in order to form the optimization matrix. Then the equipment which has the optimal efficiency of BDAR was chosen after the five candidates being ranked by comparing their degrees of identities. 摘要

针对BDAR的特殊性,以某五种两栖装备为例,探讨了利用基于熵权的集对分析对BDAR效能进行合理评价的方法。首先,通过分析BDAR的特点和影响BDAR效率评价的因素,建立了评价指标体系;其次,基于集对分析和熵权建立了BDAR效率评价模型,通过计算熵得到评价指标的权重,形成优化矩阵;然后通过对5个候选设备的同一性程度的比较,对其进行排序,选择出具有最佳BDAR效率的设备。最后对集对分析理论进行了验证,为设备优化和标高提供了科学依据。
