This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical methods. The sample in this study consisted of 47 students as one group. The argumentation skill test had been carried out theoretical validation by two validators and empirical validation by thirty-six students. The questions consisted of 12 description questions that require students to make arguments by following the components of claims, evidence, and justifications.
