摘要

随着国内商用客机的发展,对飞机冲压空气系统的性能要求和集成化水平逐渐提高。本文对系统中的空调二次换热器、一次换热器、辅助冷却换热器、空气准二次换热器、一次换热器进行模块化集成设计,得到一种新的换热器集成形式。建立了相应冲压空气系统的CFD数学模型和Simulink仿真平台,建立了单通道试验台,验证了CFD数学模型和Simulink仿真平台的有效性,并计算了不同飞行条件下相应冲压空气系统的气流分布和性能。

Flow and performance calculation of a new integrated form of heat exchanger
