A total of more than 368 studies were found. After excluding non-conforming studies 14 studies with 8 theoretical frameworks on sustainable capacity were used for analysis and evaluation. The study aims to provide a sustainability competence framework for students in the context of ESD in Vietnam on the basis of finding research gaps in international studies and the competency framework of university graduates in Vietnam.
