The proposed rectennas consist of a receiving antenna array and an efficient rectifier. To effectively capture the RF power in the air, a high-gain quasi-Yagi antenna array is adopted. As for the rectifier part, the harmonics-suppression design process has been proposed to improve RF-to-DC conversion efficiency. Specifically, three rectifiers are accomplished with relatively good efficiency (39%, 50%, and 52%, respectively).
