To support the entry of modern consumers, new engaging initiatives must be encouraged. Groups are one way to ensure that consumers may engage themselves in the energy sector, enabling communication enhancement and demands attending. There are several consumer groups currently with different work methods and engaging initiatives. This work concerns to describing their members, their approach regarding decision-makers, and how the communication is enhanced. As groups, the work encompasses groups in the United States, Australia, European Union, and Brazil.
